Azilal rugs are a medium pile, hand woven wool rug that typically feature a plush white wool background with large scale geometric patterns and Berber symbols. Azilals can be a simple, brown-on-cream motif (similar to the famous Beni Ourains) or a full on celebration of color and pattern.

I was handwoven with natural and fine wool by the Berber tribes of the Atlas Mountains.

Hand-knotted by the Atlas Mountains Berber tribes in Morocco using thick and heavy pile, made from 100% natural and finest wool.

Considered to be the most prestigious rugs in Morocco.
